Political Science Advising Tools
The Political Science & International Affairs Department offers a Bachelor of Science in Political Science program with three areas for concentration.
The general political science concentration examines the formal institutions of governments around the world; the American Government concentration focuses on American political parties, elections, institutions, and political behavior; and the Pre-Law concentration sets the stage for those looking to attend law school in the future.
In addition, the Department offers an Associate of Arts in Core Curriculum with Pathway Courses in Political Science. This program provides a basic introduction to the field of political science, and allows easy transition into one of the full bachelor degree programs.
The Department of Political Science & International Affairs (PSIA) is part of the College of Arts & Letters.
