Online Consumer Information
Consumer Complaints
The University of North Georgia desires to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns in an expeditious, fair and amicable manner. Complaints regarding any aspect of 91ÁÔÆæ operations should be filed internally to 91ÁÔÆæ authorities first and then, if necessary, to external authorities.
Go to the 91ÁÔÆæ Dean of Students: Students Complaint page for details about internal complaints.
Non-Georgia Resident, Online-Only Complaint Resolution Process
91ÁÔÆæ follows the State Authorizations Reciprocity Agreements (SARA) complaints process. If the 91ÁÔÆæ complaint resolution is not satisfactory, an out-of-state student from another SARA state could then file a complaint with GA-SARA. The complaint would then be investigated and resolved by GA-SARA.
Go to the 91ÁÔÆæ State Authorizations page for information about SARA and GA-SARA.
